I opened my laundry room door the day before yesterday, (It's on the front of my house, just to the left of my driveway) and his little surprise was waiting for me.
No note, just two miniature adirondack chairs Christmas ornaments.
It made me smile.
I am guessing it must be one of my neighbors, who clearly appreciates my two adirondack chairs in my front yard...? (And I put Christmas wreaths on them during the Christmas season...) It was such a fun (and totally unexpected) surprise, and each time I walked through my kitchen yesterday, (where I had set them on the counter) it warmed my heart all over again.

It felt so good that I decided I need to do more random acts of kindness myself. So much of life is pretty danged scary and downright depressing these days, and to do some little, completely anonymous nicety for someone, takes little effort, and provides feel-good feelings for days.
