This past weekend I had the privilege to spent the weekend with some people I am blessed to call good friends, as we went on a trip out of town to celebrate a milestone birthday.
I baked cookies and cupcakes for the occasion.
The birthday girl is a major fan of the color pink, and so the color selection was a no-brainer.
The banner I made was in various printed pink scrapbook papers....the picture is lousy, but here are the colors....
(My photos didn't turn out well at all, as the light shining in the hotel room was glaringly bright, and with the drapes closed, it was really dark...with seemingly no happy medium to be found, so use your imaginaton....)
The birthday girl is crazy for champagne as well, and I scored a fabulous looking bottle of it at World Market for the occasion. (It tasted yummy too!)
A sparkler in her cupcake rounded out the birthday mimi-bash....this will always be a sweet memory for me.
