Okay, I am not a huge Dr. Phil fan, but I do agree with him on that statement. There is something about putting things out there that helps you to make them a reality.
That thought was what prompted me to make myself a teeny tiny food diary to record my daily food and water intake. Of course, I couldn't just make a running list in a WORD doc, or scribble it out on post it notes. I need things to be inspirational, to be pretty.
So I foofied up my little food diary with some motivational quotes I found on Pinterest.
Will it help me to eat better? Well, let's face it, that is gonna take stepping away from the fridge, and a whole lotta Jesus, but the cute notebook reminds me to keep my eye on the prize.
