Besides the sunshine, what's your favorite part about summer?
Mine would be a tie between summer entertaining, and all of the great produce availanle...like strawberries, watermelon and sweet corn on the cob.
Actually, now that I think about it, the two go hand in hand. Great food that looks good and tartes better make for a fantastic meal.
