The only constant in my life seems to be change.
For a girl who only ever wanted to pick a spot and stay put for forever, I certainly seem to alway be announcing a move of one sort or another, and I have become a very proficient packer.
Well, I've moved again. My teeny tiny booth case at Camas Antiques was very shallow, and proved to be quite a challenge for me, but I was still very much enjoying the challenge.
About a week ago, I got a wonderfully delightful voice message from Joann at Camas Antiques asking me if I would like to move to a soon-to-be-open spot.
Would I ever! It's over one aisle, to a deeper case, and it sits on the end of the row, which I consider to be prime real estate!
My mind began whirling, and I jumped on craigslist, and hit the thrift stores looking for some anchor pieces to hold my things....Having a deeper case space makes a huge difference in what kinds and sizes of foundation pieces you can use.
I ended up with some great stuff, and I moved my things over last Monday, along with some new inventory....I'm thrilled with my new location in Camas Antiques! What do you think?
If you live nearby, remember, tonight is First Friday here in sweet little Camas, and all of the shops will be open late, along with a classic car show and live music!
