(Whew! Two posts in one day seems excessive, or at the very least, like I don't have a life, but I just had to share...)
We don't call her the "Navigator" for nothin'. I swear that woman's got eyes in the back of her head. Today has been officially proclaimed the "Best-yard-sale-success-in the-thirteen-plus-years-we-have-been-junkin'" Day. It was huge, people.
I'll be sharing more Monday, I promise, but I just had to share one of the fabulous finds of the day...my three dollar wiener dog. The Navigator found him; I had somehow missed him there in the driveway, looking all forlorn with a neon green price sticker stuck to his little chocolate brown cement head. She knew I would want him. Need him. Give him a good home. Ooooh, and she. was. right. (just look at that face)
I thought he'd be darling out in some flowers tucked in by my mailbox, waiting to greet the mail lady, but The Navigator feared he'd be dognapped for sure (He is that cute, after all...) and so for now at least, he is spending some quality time on my work-in-progress-but-oh-so-soon-to-be-phenomenal patio living area with some cosmos and lavender and such. Tell me he isn't the cutest thing. I dare you.
