Actually, this bed doesn't necessarily have to travel to be cute and practical.
There are about a million and 2 ideas for things to do with vintage suitcases, and this one is just so cute I had to share it!
The bed part is in the bottom of the suitcase, while the pocket area in the lid holds doggy toys, treats, even a dog brush. Just close the suitcase and you are ready to go. Open it up when you arrive and voila, your pampered pup is ready to sleep in a familiar bed.
All that is needed to do this project is a vintage suitcase and a pillow in a coordinating fabric pillowcase. A folded soft plaid blanket could do the trick as well.
