This weekend was jam-packed (to put it mildly) with a quick overnight trip out of town to visit family, (So good to visit, and while it might seem odd, it was relaxing as well...) along with doing some late night house-hunting (Hey, you don't know a person's version of "too late in the evening" unless you ask, and nothing says adventure like going straight from the airport to see a home for sale at nine thirty on a Saturday night...) with another family member.
Sunday arrived, and I then squeezed in a trip to Camas Antiques to fluff my booth. While we were on that particular errand, I was able to stop at a yard sale and get enough stuff that I had to go home and come back for second pick-up of crazy good treasures, then whip by the store on my way back home to grab supper ingredients and a few more six packs of pansies (It didn't rain on Sunday!) for pots in the back yard, and I found time to work on this "finishing touch" project for a much bigger home project.
(Can you guess what it is from my sneak peek photo??)
