My Mom and I rifled through her entire neighborhood yard saling today before she took a turn helping run the White Elephant Table. We may have only had a little over an hour and a half to thrift, I managed to fill my car with some fabulous treasures.
I am still not quite sure what I am going to do with the birdcage stand, (Hang a jar to hold a candle for evenings outside? Maybe a hanging flower pot for a splash of color? Consign it at Camas Antiques?)but it was too good a find to pass up....and that is exactly what I love the most about thrifting.

Great stuff! I haven't had much time to garage sale yet this summer - but feel a little more inspired by what YOU found. I sell every bird cage stand that comes in the door at my store. Most people buy them for just what you listed, hanging pots and mason jars. That is a great frame too!
