Peace, love, junk.

Today I am thankful for all of the inspiration from my friends out there in the Junk World. Thanks to the internet, this world is a much warmer, cozier place where we can share clever ideas and stimulate our imagination for re-purposing things to make our homes our havens.

Especially now, when so many of us are on budgets, and have more time than money, it is gratifying to be able to use discarded items in new ways, without breaking the bank.

I agree. I get inspiration daily as I read all the beautiful blogs. I choose old over new more often than not, and with a little paint, tweaking, and luck, sometimes end up with a real treasure!
