WOW! You have made it just wonderful! How cozy. I sure could use your advice on my "very big" living room that I just can't "cozy up" on my own! Again, your place is just lovely!!! So inviting!

Christine

Glad you kept the sweet Love Seat. It all looks so comfy and warm. It sure has your touch!

HeidiAnn

It looks just beautiful!

The Mommy

You could make anything look cozy and inviting! It looks like home.

Barb in CA

Absolutely charming! You've got a way of making your rooms look like they jumped off a magazine cover. With all your "spare time" (ha) have you considered offering decorating services -- you'd be a natural. Can't wait to see part 4!

kathy

You've been busy!! I too love that sofa. It's truly a cozy nest. It looks like you've lived there a long time. The sofa, pillows and blanket look very inviting haha. You deserve to throw yourself down and watch an old Christmas movie.
Kathy

Cheryl

It looks wonderful! I especially like the Christmas lights reflected in your mirror collection.

Adrienne

Your new home may be small but you've given it such style and made it yours. I love what you've done with each room. Can't wait to see more!

Tracey,

Glad to hear that you had a wonderful birthday. You've done a great job in decorating your new home - everything looks so wonderful and inviting! I bet you're glad that you've kept your sofa now! I look forward to seeing more of your new home.

Leslie

Your new cozy home looks wonderful and -what can I say -really cozy. You've moved right in and made it your own! Love the mirrors and the reflection from your pretty tree.

dana

I have to agree with Barb in CA that a design featurette on the blog - to help out those who are more design challenged would be amazing!

Every room you do looks instantly lived in and homey... so lovely!

Kim

Your tree is beautiful.

Annette

It all looks so warm and cozy. Just makes me want to curl up in a chair and pick up my knitting! Sorry I missed your birthday, hope it was great. My modem was down and had to be replaced! I can't wait to see more pics.

Rebecca

Beautifully done! Sending (belated)Happy Birthday wishes :-) All the best ~ Rebecca

sharon

You have such a loverly home ,you just have a way of decorateing it to make it so cozy.

Marm

I think it is amazing that you moved, got things in place, celebrated your birthday, and decorated for Christmas in such a short amount of time. What are you, the energizer bunny? It looks beautiful and I, too, love the reflection of the tree in the mirrors.

Judi

you make me smile so much - I hope you do the same for yourself - you're such a dear :)
Merry Christmas Tracey to you and your wonderful family. Love, Judi

Nancy

Amasingly adorable! Looks so warm and cozy. Next time you're in SO Cal would love for you to stop by and redo my whole house...say next week? Well, a girl can dream, can't she.
Thanks for sharing. Nancy in So Cal

Jeanne

Looks fabulous and like you've been there for quite a while! I love the turquoise lights on the tree. I still don't have my tree up. Also, don't feel bad about the size...keep in mind some of us have never had the pleasure of living in something larger. Downsizing is "in" now, anyway. ;-)

Nikki

I have to say it. Put the doors back on the armoire!!!!! LOL! I've waited 20 years to get an armoire to house our ugly TV and electronics so I wouldn't have to look at it. Did I miss the boat? :D

Tracey Buxton

The doors were removed from the armoire so I could see the tv. Otherwise I could watch television!

Amazing that your house looks like your "home" already! Hope you feel like it's your "home", your deserve it! T

Joyce

Congrats on being featured today, beautiful Christmas decor!

Cozy is fun once you change your way of thinking. I've lived in so many different sized homes. It was a constant battle of getting-rid-of and then buying-again. It got to be very expensive, but I am so grateful for the experience. One thing for sure, I'm enjoying the "final" downsizing to rid myself of the things not needed anymore now that we are settled.

Aubrey

I love the charm! But what impresses me the most is that you are a mother who will pick up and move everything (and sell lots too) to be close to your daughters. They are very lucky to have you. Hope you all enjoy a very Merry Christmas.

Joyce

so fun to see! It looks beautiful, of course. I'm looking at an apartment about this size, so it's nice to see what can be done!
