Can you believe that autumn is upon us?!
I typically decorate for harvest rather than Halloween in my own home, but with grandbabies in the picture now, I am getting back into the fun of decorating with a few touches here and there for them. That prompted me to add a few touches of the spooky holiday to my space at Camas Antiques!
I used a vintage secretary that is painted black as the backdrop for my Halloween items...(it worked out perfectly!) and I lined the back of the secretary with my signature vintage book page decoupage. I am, all be it slowly, stocking one lil' corner of my booth with some Halloween items, and I am having a lot of fun creating banners and flags...and a few more surprises. I will have the last of my Halloween goodies in my space by the end of September.
The little banners shown in my post are all available in my previous online Halloween kit, if you want to make you own.
I made a version of my flags with a Halloween theme, (like the one's I have in this online kit!) which I think are great to use at place settings on a table, tucked into a bow on a package, or sticking out of a bouquet of fall flowers...now, I'd love to hear what you are doing for decorating for this spooooooky season...do share!

How fun! I like decorating for Halloween, but I don't like the scary, gory stuff. This is perfect!

I"m gonna attempt more spooky stuff this year....last year it was mostly harvest stuff too. I just can't do spiders. Nope. Can't do it. Got enough real ones around here :)

I too have grandchildren and decorate at my home for them. I have a Christmas tree decorated with Halloween items and ornaments. After Halloween I'll decorate it for fall.

Your booth space looks amazing! Fun, but not scary. Of course, I love the flags and the banners, but I think I gotta have the little "boo" picture! Too cute.....

I'm more of a harvest girl too Tracey. I did find some cute crows at the $1 store and will use those around the house, fall is my favorite time of year and I love the decorating possibilities of the season. Can't wait to see what else you come up with for the season.
