The room is going to be very sweet and has a lovely start...

What a precious room coming together! I do have a question for you... how do you deal with the lead paint issue in old furniture? I always worry about the possibility of kids being around vintage things with paint chipping off...

Sandy

Love that bookcase piece. Looks like it will be a great room. I love Monticello, I went there the last time I was in Portland and needed a bib 'cause I was drooling so much!
Thanks for sharing.

So nice to see where that cabinet ended up. It's perfect in that space! Can't wait to see the finished room with accessories. Loved getting to spend time with you last weekend, Tracey. Hope to see you again soon!

Love both pieces! And I adore that blue basket! Did it come that way or did ya'll paint it? A cute, cute room. Darling window treatment. It's evident your daughter inherited your awesome decorating talent. Off to check more pics on her blog . . . .

This room is absolutely beautiful. I have been reading your blog for a long while, and I never tire of seeing warm browns, creamy whites, and pale robin's egg blue combinations. That fabric is amazing. Would you mind sharing the source for it? And the paint colors too :)

I would like to share a couple of these pics on my blog with a link back to you....let me know if you're a-ok with that.

peace,
cindy

My Life Under the Bus

Pam

I love those pieces. I sure miss the BarnHouse sales! We recently moved away from the area and I now have to live vicariously through those who get to go and post their finds! :) Her office is looking great!
