You know, I told you that I felt this was going to be "my year". Well, my sweet friend Dawn is having an incredible year as well. (You must know Dawn. I shared these darling tags that she made, and I first met her online when I bought these beautiful pillows from her...then, at long last, we met in person at the Victoria Magazine launch weekend!) She sold her little Antique shop, and has let her passion for altered art bloom. (Actually, it has been more like an explosion of creativity coming from her!)
Her altered art has already been recognized in publications, but this time, there is a very good chance she'll make the cover!

I would be absolutely delighted to win your giveaway -- we surely were friends in a previous life! I agree with your assessment of Dawn's creativity -- don't know her but already voted for her cover simply because it was the best one. I am really commenting because I have one very important question -- I have been peeping in your blog window for quite some time -- when do you sleep? Your energy, creativity, and positive thinking are an inspiration to me to get up and get going. I too spent 28 years in economic development work.
