Here comes the bride....

A_bride_and_groom_coconut_cupcake_0
It's here! The b-i-g day. The last one. The third wedding in 12 months and 1 week and 1 day, to be exact. I thought I'd share some wedding love and some cupcake love, just to tide you over till I have time to post about the big day.
Here's another lil' idea I saw a while back on some flicker picture, and I simply had to try it out.(Sorry, can't remember who's flicker picture it was)....how do you like my little bride and groom cuppy-cakes?

They were rubber stamp impressions. I scanned them and made them large enough to work as cupcake toppers, then I cut them out, foofied them all up with some pearly glitter, and attached them to toothpicks.
I could go on creating stuff like this all. day. long. Seriously, I could...

*sigh* Doesn't somebody want to pay me to do that for a living?

Tracy,
Somebody certainly Should pay you to do this for a living. What is wrong with this world? Happy Wedding Day :)
Janet

Yes, I so agree. Someone should be paying you to do this! Those are darling little bride and grooms, and delicious looking wee cakes! Wishing you and your family a perfectly sweet Wedding Day! :)
~Dori

I'm sure LOTS of people would love to pay you to do that. The cupcakes are so cute and look so yummy!!

Congratulations to your daughter and soon to be son.

There has to be a job out there for you as an event planner. You may just need to start your own business. You could start out part time, so you don't have to quit your job.

YOU DO NEED TO BE PAID!!!! Talented, talented!!! Can't wait to see the Wedding pics!

Smiles,
Carol

Someone SHOULD be paying you to do this....your ideas are so creative and new!The bride and groom cupcakes are great, and I am still thinking about your candy buffet idea! Reading your wedding preparations has almost made me wish I had a child getting married! (almost.)

Oh, if I had a few million dollars in venture capital available, you can bet I'd slide some your way. All I've got to share at the moment, though, are happy thoughts and atta girls so they'll have to suffice for now.

They're lovely cupcakes, as always!

So cute! I can't wait to see the photo's from "the big day".
~Angie~

I, too, love to make and EAT cupcakes. And like you, I would love to open up my own cupcake bakery!! What a wonderful dream to have.

My dear friend, I hope your day was filled with happiness and love and tears of joy!

I left a message on your phone at 1:20 pm today, telling you that I was standing in front of YOUR STORE in Camas. I was smiling as I pictured you in there making these sweet little cuppycakes every day - and livin' the dream, baby!

I put some 'good JuJu' all around that place for ya, too! ;0)

Tracey can't wait for some pics. of the big day.

What a lovely wedding it's sure to be (or was, since today is Sunday!). I just love the black & white theme, and I'm looking forward to seeing how everything turned out. I'm hoping you took lots of photos, but I know that the mother of the bride usually has her thoughts set elsewhere!

I can't wait to see photos of the big day! I love all of your ideas...my nephew and his beloved have announced a May 17th wedding date-this May 17!!-and have chosen black and white as their colors, then asked the auntie to help! Whoo hoo! I have lots of ideas, some of which I've borrowed from you! Thanks so much!

Seriously, girl, can you be any MORE creative? LOL
Can't wait to see all the phots!

Tracy, I am sure PLENTY of people will pay you to do just that! I have loved following your journeys. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and your creativity!
Sarah :)

Tracey,
Ya know, I've been REALLY thinking about what you could do to make 'this kind of fun stuff' your money making job. Opening your own cupcakery in Camas is an option, I know. . . . BUT, I must WARN you as one who owns and runs a 'creative' business . . . sometimes the FUN gets lost in all the other stuff you HAVE to do!

Here's what I'd suggest to someone as wonderfully creative as you are: Look for a way to SELL YOU IDEAS rather than selling wares.

Consider submitting some of your FANTABULOUS wedding food and decor ideas to some wedding or women's magazines. Even to some book publishers; like Sunset. I can soooooooooooooooo see a Tracey style wedding in a Sunset book!

I truly love all the beautiful things you do, and when the time is JUST RIGHT, God will open that door for you to 'get paid' for doing it. For now, explore some options. Peek into some windows to get a glompse of what door it may be that God opens for you!
