Oh.
My.
Ga.
Have you seen this cook book?
After spotting it on someone's Blog (does anyone know?! I'd really like to give credit and link my post here... Pam found it again for me here. Thanks Pam!) I knew I had to get it. I mean, those pictures! Wow. And those recipes! Butterscotch Buttercream frosting?! Chocolate Mousse Buttercream frosting?! (You know I'm gonna make that for my next batch of cuppy cakes!)
This woman is a-mazing, that's all I'm sayin'.
Anyway.
I ordered the book. It came lickety split. And, you know what? It's even better in person, people. I sat all cozied up in my bed till midnight reading recipes and looking at the to-die-for photos of the treats.I wanted to get out of bed at 11:30 last night and bake something. (OK, maybe not bake right then, coz I had to get up for Toastmasters this morning, but if had been the weekend...) It's really that good.
*Sigh* When I get my cupcake parlor going, I'm gonna have to carry copies to sell of this gem of a cookbook.

Oh how yummy looking those pages are.

I saw this book on Andrea Singarella's blog, Velvet Strawberries and added it straight away to my Amazon wish list... with another good recommendation I think I need to be purchasing it sooner rather than later!!!
Feel free to let me taste anything you make!!

I love cookbooks and after seeing this one went over to Amazon and so this one will be joining my evergrowing collection. I just got the Pastry Queen Christmas cookbook but I am a big believer that you can't have too many cookbooks.

Thanks for the 2 thumbs up review. I love it when people give their personal opinion on a book. This sounds like it would make a wonderful gift for a new young couple too!
Best,
Kathy

Oooooh, this looks SO lucious! I *love* that you want to start a cupcake shop! That's always been one of my dreams. That and a farmhouse like that one you found outside Pdx (I found it, btw...love it!). Wouldn't it be so fun if you did find a place up here! Ooooh, the trouble we could get into! :-)

Hey Tracey - I have a funny question. Do we get to see a picture of you? Cuz I wonder how you can keep your figure with all these mouth watering cupcakes. LOL. You know I'm just kidding ... I always love visiting you cuz you make me smile. I have a fun cupcake book (I'll email you the title tomorrow - I'm going to bed now). Yummy fun!
