The newest Nell Hill's book is out, and since I am in the midst of planning the third and final wedding of my three kidlets within twelve months, it was of enormous interest to me.
For the most part it is about wedding ideas, yes, but much more than that, Mary Carol Garrity shares more of her fabulous tablescape ideas and details, details, details.
It will come as no surprise to you that my favorite part of the book by far is the section on using black and cream accent colors...ooooh, I loved it!
While this book doesn't seem to be as long as her others, it is full of great ideas and inspiration, and I feel even more inspired to focus in on the details of this last blissful celebration we're preparing for.

Where, oh where was this book in '94 when in the midst of planning our oldest daughter's black and creme wedding???
Must look for this book. You have me curious now.

This is only one of her books that I don't have, love the others though! Tracey, we helped throw a "black and white" cocktail party last spring for a local bride . You would have loved it, everything was black and white ...the invites ,clothes we wore , food, decorations, pics of the couple, everything!Made for great pictures of the party, too!

I ordered my copy a few days ago from Amazon. It shipped yesterday so I'm looking forward to receiving it in a few days too. Of course, I'll cancel my plans for the day it arrives. . . so I can spend the day with my new book :) I have two girls, so someday, I'm sure I'll be helping with wedding plans too so I thought I'd add this to my Mary Carol Garrity collection.
Blessings,
Sher

Wow what a busy 12 months for your family.
It looks like a lovely book.
Probably after doing 2 other weddings you could just about do this 3rd and final one with your eyes closed.
