Tracey - I also LOVE Amy Grant's Christmas albums and John Denver. Probably the one that I MUST listen to, though, to feel like the Christmas season has officially started, is Bing Crosby! I bought his album 23 years ago, and was able to find it on a cd several years ago. Yep - Bing and I go WAY back! :-) Happy Listening!!

Every year after Thanksgiving a radio station here in Dallas dedicates its time to Christmas music. They play all christmas music 24/7 and I listened all the way in to work today. So when I saw your post I just had to say thank you for all your beautiful inspirations. I can't remember how I ever found your blog but I am glad I did it is the very first one I visit every morning.

Have a wonderful Day.

Last year that's all I listened to the whole month. This year, not so much. I don't know why. I found a Christmas music radio station around Thanksgiving, but every time I turn it on, I'm bored with it. Strange. Not at all like me. Oh, well. It'll pass.

WHAT. . . no Bing, no Andy?

I love Christmas music. I just ordered Christmas with the Rat Pack. I can't wait to get it.

Right now I am listening to the Solstice Sisters - wonderful 3 part harmony. My all time favorite Christmas hymn - John Berry's version of O Holy Night.

I have been fortunate to call the Berry family friends because of my work - but I fell in love with the voice long before I met them. His version brings chills every time. I think because they really belive that was the holiest of night when our dear Savior was born.

Merry Christmas.

That's exactly what I did today. Listened to Christmas music while cleaning.
Have a great weekend!

Help. One of my very favorite Christmas CD's is lost. It is pictured in your post. It is the Amy Grant with her in a red santa like dress. Help.... What is the title!!!!!
Thanks, Andrea

Pam

Andrea - I saw your question here on Tracey's blog. I think the title of that Amy Grant CD (my daughter's FAVORITE by the way) is Home for Christmas. Hope this helps! Pam

Amy

I am scared...I own every single one of those CD's. Including John Dnever and the Muppets! LOL...I started out with my 70's version, the 33 record, but moved to a tape cassette in the 80's and the CD of it in the 90's! I HEART Christmas Music.
